NEGATIVE EMOTIONS: WHAT NEXT?

Most of our time and energy gets wasted because of living with negative emotions such as judgement, anger, resentments, regrets, rejections, hatred, grudges, frustration, rage, irritation, fear, guilt, etc. All the time, a major portion of our brain and mind is occupied fighting these emotions. .

HOW MUCH TIME ARE WE LEFT WITH TO CREATE WHAT WE INTEND TO CREATE?

Aim:

  • To understand how our body gets adversely affected by negative emotions, and
  • To learn how to get freedom from these negative emotions and take the next step forward to create all that we intend to create.

Highlights of the workshop:

  1. What is a negative emotion?
  2. Why do we have these negative emotions?
  3. Identifying the thought behind suffering/pain
  4. Impact of these emotions on physical body
  5. How to find peace with self and others?
  6. Mind your own business to be stress free

This is a two-day long workshop which will be conducted from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and will include two tea/coffee breaks and a lunch break each day.
